1. Returns & Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sex toys, lingerie, and intimate accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used. Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unopened, in original sealed packaging, and reported within 7 days of delivery, or if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products, lingerie, clearance or sale items, and items damaged due to misuse or improper handling cannot be returned or refunded.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photo or video evidence. Once verified, a replacement or refund will be arranged.

4. Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our side.

5. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

6. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
